We accept every young person for who they are and how they are.

We offer many services for children and young people with disabilities including before and after school care, play schemes, Young adults, Youth Club, Safe Places Scheme and support for parents and carers.

We are a registered charity and rely on funding and grants, therefore are always looking for new and exciting fundraising opportunities. We would love to hear of any new ideas or if you can help us in any way. We hold fundraising events on a regular basis not only to raise valuable much needed funds but to also meet and make new friends and have fun too.

  • Chris has Autism and his Snoop journey started aged 5. Snoop helped him learn and practice the social life skills needed to become successful and to cope with everyday life. Given the many  opportunities that Snoop offered helped him gain valuable employability skills. Chris is now a West Yorkshire Police Constable and in his words ‘is living the dream’
