SNOOP Young Adults Service is for young people with learning disabilities ages 16-25+ years.
Our aim is to work with the young people to offer alternative services with activities based around their needs and interests with an emphasis on life, independence and social skills, friendship and fun. They also work on travel train awareness, road and personal safety. We offer support appropriate to the individuals needs and support plan.
SNOOP Young Adults run the Bradford Safe Place Scheme, ‘Help I’m Lost Card’ Scheme.
